Working w/Chef Antonio was a delight: he has not only assembled a great team, he is such pleasure to work with. Antonio was very willing to work with us to create a menu (we had some food restrictions) for the week, he stopped by frequently to see how everything was going, and was always so flexible and helpful. Chef Jose (who works for Chef Antonio and who was with us at our Tulum rental for 7 straight days, all day/every day) was a true delight to work with as well and made our entire trip. The food was fresh and delicious; adults and children alike feasted at every meal. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed and appreciated Chef Antonio & Jose's food and help.
